Shaknbake is right, though. In areas outside of France, they use those words. In France, it is incredibly rare to hear "septante" or any other variants of the other numbers. They are understood but not used. Areas like Belgium and parts of Switzerland use these variants as opposed to say, "quatre-vingt" but those are understood as well. Just a regional thing.

soixante-dix = septante
quatre-vingt-dix = neunante

Yes, but the OP asked for it French, from the French region. Making my original post right. What Shaknbake was doing was giving other versions, as you said. But mine is correct for France itself, and not Belgium or Switzerland
